It's just Talon!Dick from New 52 Nightwing issue #29 with some tiny changes.

I didn't make him all veiny just cause I didn't feel like it, sooooo maybe it's a new Talon serum? Also, not the best action pose, but I'm trying all sorts of new things, so decided not to make it too hard on me.

I wanted to kinda make it look like you were being hunted by an owl in the night.
